Working together with our client CRE8 Homes and Atlas Planning we have now achieved a great approval for a pair of semi detached houses on the corner of Pembroke road and Roman Road that will provide a pair of modern well designed and built new homes.
After a long process with Wiltshire planning we were able to work together and design a scheme that is in keeping with the street scene, addresses the tricky corner plot, but provides modern family spaces internally along with private amenity space and off road parking.
The site is well situated in Salisbury with the nearby train station and the Town centre is in walking distance. We are now moving forward with detail design and a start date of late Spring.
